Aadya LLC is an e-commerce firm headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California. Aadya began as a quest to fulfill the wants and needs of the Indian community in the continental United States. We will constantly strive to achieve the highest standards for our customers. Our mission is to bring you closer with the things you love and adore with the convenience that you dream of. We aspire to become the most trusted source for all your Indian wants and needs. 

Does Aadya ship anywhere in the United States?

Aadya provides shipping to all 48 contiguous states in the continental US. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any of the other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico. 

How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?

Depending upon what part of the United States you are located, your shipment will be delivered anywhere between 2-6 days after it has been sent out by our fulfilment team. We usually ship out all our orders within 24 hours. 

Do you sell fresh fruits and vegetables?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not sell fresh fruits and vegetables. Sign up for our mailing list to be notified when we do so! 

What is your refund policy?

We strive to provide the highest quality products for every single customer. If you are not happy with your purchase or you’ve found a defective item / expired email us on Hello@Getaadya.com and we will issue a refund  / return method for you within 24 hours! 

Aadya guarantees a 21 day refund on all purchased items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We only ask that you get in touch with us as soon as you've found something that you are not okay with and we will take it from there. Customer satisfaction is our first and foremost priority and we always want to ensure our customers have a great experience shopping with us.
